Second payment


For any preorders , there might be 2nd payment for postage fees/meet up charge/payment for top up/refund (if there is miscalculation in fees) .

- Not dealing with those who do not have handphones .
- Strictly not allow MIAs and backing up once order is confirmed and sent to supplier .
- No refund would be made if you back up after confirming and sending supplier the order .
- No payment = no orders .
- Please do not rush us for orders and replies , we will definitely contact you asap .
- Do not join preorder(s) if you do not have the patient to wait , as taiwan sprees take a longer time to arrive .
- Goods sold are not refundable .
- We not be responsible for wrong/defect items and lost mails during shipment .
- We will not be held responsible if sprees shops send you wrong item/sizing/colour .
- We will not be liable if supplier(s) go MIAs
- Please check through your order mail if there's any mistake(s) before sending to us .
- Some stocks may look a little different from the pictures , eg . lighter or duller .
- The measurement maybe 1 or 2 cm different .

- Meet up and Bank transfer are available for payment .
- Meet up and normal/registered postage are available for collection .
- Bank account no. will be given once ordered confirm if you are paying through bank transfer .
- Its not our problem if you transfer the money to the wrong account .




- Postage is encouraged if you cant do meet up with us .
- We do not charge extra amount for both normal and registered mail (: .
- Normal mail : Depends on the weight of the item(s) .
- Registered mail : Additional $2.24 and the amount of normal mail .
- We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged item(s) for postage .




- We do not do meet up during weekends , unless we are going out & passing by the area .
- Meet up are not later than 5.30 pm .
- Do not be late for meet up .
- Please inform us 2 hours before the meet up if you cant make it .
- Pls tap out if you can to collect your item(s) or pay money , unless we are inside the platform .

Late charge for meet ups :

First 10 min - FOC .
We will charge $0.50 every 5 minutes late subsequently .
After 20 min later than meet up - we will leave .
